Refunds
We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
The option for a refund mentioned above shall be deemed null and void in case your actions are in conflict with our ToS.
Missing to meet the system requirements and system exceptions mentioned on the product description page is also not a valid reason for refund.
Frozen subscriptions are also not eligible for refund.
Our subscriptions do NOT auto-renew! All purchases are one-time purchases.
Account bans are not eligible for refunds. You use our software on your own risk.
In any case, we are happy to help you solve any issues before requesting a refund.
Refund Policy for In-Game Currency Purchases:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for in-game currency purchases under normal circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. Please be sure of your decision before proceeding with a purchase.
Refunds Under Limited Circumstances: In rare cases where technical issues prevent us from delivering the purchased in-game currency to your account or if our servers encounter difficulties that prevent you from utilizing the currency, we may consider issuing a refund. However, this is subject to our investigation and discretion.
Responsibility for Services: Upon completing a purchase of in-game currency, you are responsible for utilizing the currency within the game. We do not offer refunds for unused currency, changes in gameplay preferences, or dissatisfaction with in-game features.
No Pre- or Post-Service Refunds: Refunds will not be provided either before or after the provision of in-game currency. Once the purchase is finalized, you are expected to use the currency within the game environment.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the game client.
